The Partnership Lifecycle

There is a continuous lifecycle to any partnership. It starts with building a strategy for meeting key goals and objectives by forming an alliance with another party. It moves to the planning and execution of an effective selection process, resulting in a well-negotiated contract that will support a successful alliance.
