Industry Roundtables (also referred to as “Forums”) consist of a set of activities in which functional executives meet to compare business practices, benchmark key metrics, and discuss significant internal and external issues pertaining to their organizational functions. Our Roundtables are constructed to provide an intimate setting and to represent industry diversity. A team of two ACG consultants manage each group and rigorously validate benchmark data to ensure reliability. Benchmark data definitions are standardized to allow comparisons of responses from across the group. The goal is to understand underlying performance drivers and to support business decisions for improvements.

These groups span domestic and international companies in the credit card, retail banking, mortgage, and auto finance industries. Some of the Roundtables are replicated for differentiated markets (US, UK, Canada) and product sets (credit card, debit card, auto finance, etc.)
