Industry Roundtables are Forums in which executives meet to compare business practices, benchmark key metrics, and discuss significant internal and external issues pertaining to their organizational functions. Our Forums are constructed to provide an intimate setting and to represent industry diversity. ACG consultants facilitate the Forums and rigorously validate benchmark data to ensure reliability. Benchmark data definitions are standardized to allow comparisons of responses from across the group. The goal is to understand underlying performance drivers and to support business decisions for improvements.
